The Departed
Since when was Jack Nicholson not an A-List actor anymore? I caught the trailer for the new Martin Scorsese flick, "The Departed," and was very pleased with what I saw. It looks like a kickass movie with an engaging story from a place that's very dear to my heart. I only had one problem however, and that was how the billing read:
Leonardo DiCaprio
Matt Damon
Jack Nicholson
and Mark Whalberg
Okay, what? I can understand the fact that ol' Jack might not be the lead, but usually when we have such a huge actor like him in a supporting role he will get the final "And.." billing. Don't get me wrong, it's a great group of actors (well, we'll see about Marky Mark) but I feel that Jack Nicholson has worked way too long and hard to get third name co-start billing. The man is a legend, and we are very fortunate that he is still working in the movies today.
Also, why isn't Alec Baldwin on this list. Kidding of course... or am I?!?!?
