The Life of Reidy

As if I couldn't get enough of the Who this summer, I splurged the 100 bucks to go see Pete and Roger themselves in concert last night. Let me tell you folks, I do not feel like I wasted my money at all. The opening band, Peeping Tom, was pretty weak and really didn't fit into the scene at all. But once the Who came out, they didn't stop rocking for well over two hours, doing a nice career spanning set including a mini opera that was never released in the states and a nasty 20 minute "Tommy" medley for an encore. Thank you, gods of rock. Thank you for keeping them around at least long enough for me to see the legends come alive on stage.
