Employee Review
My last post was a bit on the troubles I have at work, and maybe now I will finally have a solution to increasing the quality of work in my co-workers. Performance Appraisal from managerassistant.com would be a great way to manage the reviews of each of my coworkers, as well as simplify things for my supervisors new replacement who doesnt quite know how the job works yet. We'll be able to help her out and she could be able to make her new job a little bit easier on herself. If you think your job could benefit from a little employee management software then you should definatly consider checking into managerassistant.com as well!

Back to Work
Holiday breaks over, time to get back to the ol' rat races. This semester I kind of have to juggle an awkward class scheduele as well as my usual office hours, it should be a bit tricky. It's also very discouraging to find out that over the break half of my staff quit, and my supervisor herself is leaving at the end of the week. Not only does this mean that I will have more responsibility for an office job I don't really like, but I will also have to be teaching my boss's replacement all of the ropes to her job. Hopefully they will hire a few more hands sooner then later, I've got way too much work to get done to worry myself over others responsibilites.
Has something like this ever happened to you? With a job you want to quit in the first place, and then everyone else quits, what do you do? Do you stick it out and show what a great employee you are by sticking with it despite your preference, or do you join them and really leave your employment high and dry? It's a stick situation.
