New Search Engine for Webmasters
I've posted before about the hassles of maintaining a website and keeping it open and avaiable to the rest of the world wide web. Well luckily for the struggling webmasters out there, there is a great new search engine made with the intrests of the webmaster in mind. The Megaglobe - International Search Engine recognizes that the search engines, let alone the internet, wouldn't exist without the tireless efforts of the people who create and maintain these websites, and their search engine seeks to reward and recognize those individuals more properly than other search engines. The set a high priority on webmaster compensation and ensure that they get porper reawrds from their sponsers. There's also a forum specifically made for the webmasters where they can voice their concerns and shoot the breeze with those who are in this struggle for quality internet work together. And not only is MegaGlobe they great for webmasters, but they also look towards donating to other needy causes, such as the rehabilitation of well-known BMX video cameraman who was just hospitalised with a serious injury. From the looks of it, these guys just seem like they want to help, so help them out by checking them out today!

Duck Hunt
I stumbled across an interesting little article on digg.com today, and if you had the simular NES childhood like I did then you might be interested in this too. It's an article actually explaining how the television, or the NES itself, knows that you've actually hit the duck when playing Duck Hunt. Obviously the article isn't for those cheaters who just stood inches away from the screen to get perfect scores everytime, but the more hardcore gamers who are actually interested should check it out here.
I guess the basic science is that there is a photo sensor within the gun, and whenever you pull the trigger the NES blacks out your screen except for the small, duck-shaped target and if you are aiming correctly the game will suggest that you have indeed shot the duck! Pretty nifty, not very useful in common knowledge, but it's always cool to know a few extra things about how the stuff we use actually works. Or at least I think so.

Catholic Podcast
I myslef have gone to catholic school for 13 years, so I figured that most of my readers would be interested in hearing about this. Theres a new podcast out there that is strictly a Catholic Show geared towards current Catholics, former catholics, or anyone interested in the religion at all. If you go to their website you can check out some of their earlier episodes. It's a very well put together little show that encourages a bit of renewal in the faith for those who have been feeling a bit lost or wandered away from it. The site is also loaded with more ways to spread the word of Catholicism and other features for anyone interested in the theology of it all. If this sounds like something you'd be into, then check it out for yourself.
Super Smash Bros Brawl
Looks like the highly anticipated Smash Bros follow up with finally be ours to own in May 2007. Not too much is known about this game yet, other then most of the old characters should be coming back for the mayhem and they will be joined by new cahracters like Wario, Pit (Kid Icarus), Solid Snake, and Meta Knight. We can also assume, from the videos out now, that there are all new special attacks to master. This gives me plenty of time to go out and pick up a Nintneo Wii by then, which would be nice since I might actually have money again by then. It's the little things like this that keep me going through the day.

Get Motivated
Are you feeling rather unmotivated? Do you and your business team need a little bit of an inspirational boost to get your productivity back in gear? Then this guy is probably for you. Bill Todd is a popular motivational speaker who is able to get your team abck in gear through the power of his speeches and seminars. If you check out his website you can seee into more of what he does and look at some samples of him in action, I know they certainly changed a few of my perspetives about what I thought was a quality work ethic. If this sounds like something you could use, Please Click Now !
Everyone can benefit from his advice, and in my opinion he is defiantly worth the time to have come give your team a talking to.

Civil War #5
That's right kids, the new Civil War came out today. I can't keep waiting around for new issues like this, I just don't want the saga to end! The last issue led us to believe that things would go to all kinds of hell with the addition of villians, and while that was partially true we didn't quite get the treatment one might have expected. But we did get a few very exciting details, some new additions...as I'm writing this I'm realizing how difficult it is to talk about the issue without actually revealing too much. Most people know that the Punisher finally steps into the Civil War, and it's VERY interesting to see what he does in this installment. You know what? This is far too difficult, just run down to the nearest comic store and pick it up for yourselves.
