Red Sox Spring Training
I love living in Red Sox Nation, it's just such a shame that we have to go so far away from the Nation to watch our boys warm up with some Spring Training. I was fortuante enough to go down to Florida last year and stay down in Bonita Springs while my favorite team was training right down the highway. I highly recommend any fan of the Red Sox to make the trip down to check out a spring training if they haven't. It's pretty much just a big ol' party to watch all of our favorite players relax and perfect their game, meanwhile you chill out in the beautiful Florida whether and chum it up with hundreds of other people with the same love for the Red Soxs. My only regret is that my seats were pretty far abck and I could really see too much of the action upclose, so I'm thinking if I get enough saved up to go again next year I will look into getting some Boston Red Sox Spring Training tickets as soon as I can, so I wont have the same let down. But then again, no matter where your seats are you are down in beautiful Florida watching the best (well, maybe not right now...but we still love them) team in the major leagues. So, not to quote Jerry Maquire or anything, but who's coming with me?
Guns N' Roses or Van Halen?
I was just listening to WBCN and they were giving away free tickets to the Guns N' Roses show in Worcester next week. It makes me very skeptical to wonder if they will even show up, let alone how good the show will actually be. As far as I know, the only origional member around will be Axel, so unless I get really drunk at the concert I will probably not be able to get into the whole groove again. Then again, I don't really have the money for tickets. But damn, I would have loved to have seen them in their hay-day
But on a light note I heard some great rumors that Van Halen may be touring in 2007 with ORIGIONAL FRONTMAN DAVID LEE ROTH. That is actually very sweet, and the guy might as well since he's not actually doing anything else these days. God, I love rock n' roll.

WordDisplay
Exciting, new blogs just seem to keep popping up all over the interenet everywhere, don't they? I just found one out that offers insight into a ridiculously simple yet totally revolutionary technology known as WordDisplay. It's a unique web recource that allows people to publishes an image on WordDisplay and then link the image with their own web site, and then all the people who click on their image will be lead to their web site. What's so unique about it is that it runs with image and keyword association, so even the internet illiterate will be able to get a pleasent experience from it. It's totally worth at least giving a check out to see what kinds of new resources can be associated with others. Check what is Smart and what is Stupid on WordDisplay today!
Firefox
I have always been a huge fan of Firefox, the amazing web browser brought to us by the geniouses down at Mozilla. Not only is it one of the cleanest browsers ever but it offers a plethora of plug-ins and features that make your interenet experience unique, and you can even quick tab all your most vistied pages to keep your life moving quicker and quicker.
Well now Firefox 2 is out, and apparently over 2 million people downloaded it within the first 24 hours of it being available to download, with about thirty downloads per seconds. So for the record, 2 million people can't be wrong, especially if they agree with me.
If you are still stuck in the world of internet explorer. Head down to firefox.com and chekc them out. You won't regret the download, I guarantee it.

Healthy Lifestyles
It's not even an intentional thing, yet lately I've noticed how much of a healthier lifestyle I've been leading. Ever since "Tommy" I really have cut back on drinking, haven't smoked at all, and have unintentionally stopped drinking soda. Not to mention I've cut down on fast food, started eating more veggies and less sweets, and been more commited to at least doing push ups and situps everyday. And it's not even that I'm going out of my way to make these changes, I just have been unconsiously living a healthier lifestyle, holding a desire to get the most out of my body.
It's really not as hard as it sounds, either. All it takes is simple steps: taking the stairs instead of the elevator, swapping the cookies for a fruit cup, drinking more water and less caffiene. Either way, I feel great and if you also want to start leading a healthier lifestyle there are some great opporunities to take a look at www.healthyfreestuff.com for ideas. Yar!
Today was quite a crazy long day at the Pirate Museum. We stayed open two hours later then we usually do, and tomorrow things are only going to get even worse. It's supposed to be frigid, windy, and raining all day on one of the busiest days of the year. Not to mention we could potentially stay open for 12 hours. In other words, it could be the day from hell for me tomorrow, so here's hoping I don't crash and burn.
But on a good note, I'm not piss poor anymore, and after this weekend of extra pay hopefully I'll be able to hold my own for a while until I can fetch myself another job. Anyone have any suggestions? I certainly am open.
